I used to think raw chicken was white or pale gray. Your chicken is actually a light yellow to orange color, the way raw chicken is supposed to look before the big processing plants process it in chlorine to kill bacteria picked up in their plant. The flavor of your chicken is unbelievable. From now on I will only eat natural home grown chicken! You not only have a great product, you are local and home grown. Can't wait to try your home grown turkey this Thanksgiving!
